This meditation was recorded at home during lockdowns. Dedicated to my lovely sister and great friend Lara who was being given the sack from the job she had just finished university - while pregnant with morning sickness - to qualify for.
She and my mother, along with countless others lost their jobs due to cruel and pointless mandates.
This Meditation is designed to help you if you feel backed into a corner. If someone is trying to force you to go against your morals and values in order to survive. It is for anyone who feels cornered by circumstances out of their control.
